The recent upgrade to Windows 10 has introduced a significant change to the default browser in Windows. No longer is Internet Explorer 11 the banner for internet access on PCs. For most users, this is a significant change.
While all MCA school machines currently continue to offer Mozilla FireFox as a secondary browser there are significant advantages (and perhaps some disadvantages) to using Microsoft Edge.
Below are some Quick Tips to the new browser.

The Url (www) Field
In an effort to encourage users to use a search engine (bing) you will notice that the place you normally enter a website address seems to "blend in" or even disappear at the top in the menu bar, below the tabs. But it is still there! Hover your mouse over it and click to type in your desired web address. It is still there just a "close shade" to the browser window-- tricky! For those of you who always use search prompts will have no change!
Be sure to notice that you add favorites and see them in two (2) different spots next to each other on the tool bar.
