Smart students do not use Wikipedia. MCA students use better resources!
Why? Because the Online Databases we have access to in Kansas are far better, and they provide proper sources with automatically created citations! ("Automatically generated citations, i.e. footnotes, bibliographies, etc.!" You don't want that? What are you doing? Do you want more work?)
Where do you find this magic land of awesome resources and less work? Click the image or link below.*
MCA recommends starting with Explora, formerly Ebsco, for the best start. See image.
The Kansas State Online Database Access page: https://kslib.info/221/Online-Databases Bookmark or add to your favorites and use it often!
*PLEASE NOTE: If you live in the State of Kansas, your access to the databases are free and validated automatically. Just access the site from a home computer or from school.
If you live near the border with Missouri, or in Missouri, you may need to initiate a request for a Kansas State Library Card in order to gain access. (This is free too.) Please contact the MCA librarian (shelleyn@ma-kc.org) for assistance with a Kansas Library Card if you need it.
