As a service to our families and students MCA works with Inter-State Photography to provide current pictures for student records, athletics, photography packages for students and families and, yearbook photography.

How safe is my information online?
Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us.
The Inter-State Studio Online store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet, which makes it very difficult for someone to steal your information.
How long are pictures kept on file?
We keep pictures on file for approximately 18 months.
What is a My Digital Portrait®?
My Digital Portrait is a high-resolution picture with copyright release. Print Portraits in a variety of sizes, save pictures and share online with family and friends. A My Digital Portrait includes the selected pose and style and copyright release for that picture.
- Email (recommended) - With this delivery option you will receive your picture within 36 hours of ordering. When your picture is ready, you will receive an email with instructions on accessing your picture(s).
- CD - Your selected pose and style along with copyright release will be saved to a CD and delivered to you with your picture order. CD's are compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista Windows 7 and MACS.
Email delivery for customers ordering before picture day with a six-digit school order code is not available.
How long will my Purchased Downloads be saved in my account?
If you purchased a My Digital Portrait® product and selected the email delivery method, your purchased downloads will be available for download from your Inter-State Studio picture account indefinitely.*
Benefits include:
- Easy access to image and copyright anytime.
- Image and copyright can be downloaded as often as and whenever needed.
- No need to worry about crashed computers or lost CDs.
* Purchased downloads can always be removed from a customer account by contacting customer service.
Is it safe to enter my credit card number online?
Inter-State Studio is sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products through the Internet.
The Inter-State Studio online store does not store your credit card or ordering information on the Internet server once the order has been shipped and finalized. This strategy, combined with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), provides you with an added level of security to ease your concerns.
