The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for you. This is in addition to the ticket submission option that is available at the top of the screen (and at the bottom of articles.) The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. You can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community and ask fellow users questions. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a support request.
