To create a parent account to access your child's PowerSchool Account:
Sign-in to the MCA Helpdesk with your Office 365 MCA Email Account.
Submit a HelpDesk ticket to the IT Department with the following:
Student names and grades
Your cell phone number
The IT Department will reply to the ticket with the access information and procedures you will need to create your account. They will text you the access password you will need to finalize the account setup.
