From the PowerSchool FAQs:
Students: Contact the school IT department to reset password.
Parents: Can reset their password through the website... If you encounter any difficulties with the following instructions, please submit a HelpDesk request via this site (in the upper right-hand corner of this window) using your school Office 365 account (email and password.)
To reset passwords from your school’s web portal:
- Click the link Forgot Username or Password?
- Enter the username and email address for your account, then click Enter
- (HINT: Your username and email address will normally be the same... your email at MCA is your username, enter it in both fields.)
- If you registered prior to 2015-2016 contact Dr. Dunn to change your username.
- If you aren’t seeing the email, check your Junk or Spam folder. If you don't receive an email submit a ticket through this help desk.
