trying to log in to your Helpdesk account or other Office 365/Microsoft sign-in enabled service? You may have problems.
Apple iOS (the operating system on iPhones) has some "baked-in" settings that may be prohibiting the application of your passwords in Safari! AH! the security/convenience conundrum!
You have two solutions:
1. Use another browser on your iPhone.
We have confirmed the issue does not replicate itself on Chrome or Firefox.
2. Change your settings for Safari on the iPhone:
Browse to your Settings App and then scroll down to "Safari." Do you have "prevent cross site tracking" selected? Try deselecting it.
The option to prevent cross site tracking may be preventing you from logging in properly. Also, if you have block all cookies enabled you will experience these kinds of issues.
If this doesn't solve the issue it is recommend you contact Apple Support as they may be able to provide you with some additional pointers.
